FabWise serves Delhi NCR: Gurugram, Noida, Delhi, Faridabad, Ghaziabad and Greater Noida. Larger projects elsewhere in North India are taken on a project basis. If you're located elsewhere, contact us on WhatsApp and we'll let you know whether we can take up your requirement.

No. FabWise manages the complete job for you, including measurement, fabrication and installation.

The easiest way is to book a site visit. We'll visit your site, understand the requirement, take the necessary measurements and use that information to prepare your quotation.

The site visit costs ₹99. The ₹99 is paid upfront and is adjusted against your final project bill if you proceed with the work.

No. The site visit fee is non-refundable. However, if you proceed with the project, the ₹99 is adjusted against your final bill.

Yes. The site visit fee is ₹99 per project/site visit.

No. The ₹99 covers the initial site visit only. Re-visits are not included.

We generally arrange the site visit within 24–48 hours.

Our team will understand your requirements, inspect the site and take the measurements needed to prepare an accurate quotation. You don't need to figure out the technical details yourself — we'll guide you through the process.

The FabWise team will guide you during the visit. However, having the area reasonably accessible and ready for measurement helps avoid measurement difficulties and unnecessary delays.

Yes, you can contact us to reschedule. We aim to be flexible wherever possible. However, the ₹99 site visit fee is non-refundable.

FabWise has fixed per-square-foot rates for applicable services, which are displayed on the website. Some services cannot be priced accurately without understanding the site and requirement, so those are quoted after the site visit and discussion.

Where a fixed rate is displayed, it is the starting rate for that service. For services requiring a site assessment, the final price is provided through a quotation after the survey.

Yes. Once we understand and measure the requirement, FabWise provides a free quotation.

We aim to provide the quotation within 2 hours of the site visit.

A quotation is valid for 3 days from the date it is issued.

Yes. FabWise provides an all-inclusive quotation for the agreed scope of work, so you know what you're paying for before proceeding.

For services that require site assessment, an accurate quotation can only be provided after understanding the requirement and site conditions.

Our standard payment structure is 50% advance, then 50% on completion. The advance allows us to begin fabrication and arrange the work.

The remaining 50% is payable on completion of the agreed work.

Fabrication begins after the required advance payment and confirmation of the project.

The timeline depends on the type and complexity of the work. For toughened glass work, production generally takes around 7–10 days. The exact installation timeline will be communicated based on your project.
