About FabWise

FabWise is a managed fabrication and installation service for homes, offices and shops in Gurgaon (Gurugram) and Noida. Instead of supplying material and leaving you to find someone to fit it, FabWise manages the complete job: understanding what you need, measuring the site, writing the quotation, fabricating and installing. You get one point of contact, one quotation and managed execution.

Why a managed service, rather than a local fabricator?

Most glass and metal work in a city like Gurugram is split between people. One shop sells the glass, another cuts it, a fitter installs it, and when a door does not close properly each of them points at the other. FabWise exists to remove that split. The same team that measures your site is answerable for the fabrication and the installation, so there is nobody else to coordinate and nobody else to chase.

What does FabWise do?

FabWise began with glass and now covers eight families of work, each with its own catalogue.

The work is customised to your space. Sizes, layouts, configurations and, depending on availability and suitability, hardware and finishes are agreed during the site visit. See all services for every style.

Where does FabWise work?

FabWise serves Gurgaon and Noida. If you are outside Gurugram and Noida, send your location and requirement on WhatsApp and the team will tell you whether it can take the job on. The locations page lists the areas covered in each city.

How does a FabWise job run?

1. Book a site visit. It costs ₹99, paid upfront, and is generally arranged within 24 to 48 hours.
2. The team visits, understands the requirement and takes the measurements.
3. You receive a free, all-inclusive quotation for the agreed scope, aimed within 2 hours of the visit. It is valid for 3 days.
4. You approve the quotation and pay a 50% advance. The ₹99 visit fee is adjusted against the final bill.
5. Fabrication begins. For toughened glass work, production generally takes 7 to 10 days.
6. FabWise completes the installation.
7. You pay the remaining 50% on completion.

Repairs work differently. There is no paid visit: send a photo or video of the problem on WhatsApp, and the team will guide you on the next step. That is the route for a glass door that will not close or a shower door that is sagging.

What materials does FabWise use?

The glass styles name their materials on each service page. In short:

• Saint-Gobain toughened glass: 10mm for bathroom styles, 12mm for office cabins, glass walls and shopfronts.
• SS304 anti-rust fittings on the glass styles, with aluminium fittings on the sliding shower styles.
• Aluminium profiles on the framed styles: a black frame on the office cabin and imported matte black profiles on the slim-profile shower styles.

The newer fabrication families (metal, railings, sheds, windows and facades) are specified job by job at the visit, and the written quote states what is being supplied.

What FabWise does not do, or promise

• It does not only supply glass. FabWise manages the complete agreed scope; it is not a glass shop.
• It does not price site-assessed work on the phone. Glass styles have published per sq ft rates; everything that depends on the site is quoted after the visit.
• The warranty does not cover glass. Warranty is on fittings as applicable to the project, such as a 1 year functional warranty on hardware for bathroom door styles and a 2 year functional warranty on the floor machine for office styles.
• The visit fee is not refundable, and it covers one visit only. It is adjusted against the bill if you go ahead.
• A quote does not stay open indefinitely. It is valid for 3 days.
