How the calculator works
Glass work is priced per square foot of glass, not of floor. A shower partition 4 ft wide and 7 ft tall is 28 sq ft of glass whatever the size of the bathroom. A corner enclosure is two sides, so add both; the calculator starts corner styles with two rows for that reason.
Each style has its own rate because the hardware differs: a fixed screen has none, a hinged door carries hinges and a handle, a slider carries a track and rollers, and a framed style adds an aluminium profile around the same glass - which is why at FabWise framed styles cost more than frameless.
What the number includes, and what moves it
- Included: the toughened glass, SS304 fittings, sealing and installation for the agreed scope.
- Moves it up: frosted or fluted glass, extra height, difficult access (no lift, narrow stairs), special hardware.
- Not included: civil work such as re-tiling or levelling a floor.

Common questions
Is the calculator price final?
It uses the same published rates the service pages show, for the size you enter. The final, written quote follows a ₹99 site visit, because the walls, floor and access change what a job needs. The visit fee is adjusted against the bill.
Why is the price per sq ft of glass and not of the room?
Because glass is what is cut, toughened and fitted. A small bathroom with a tall wall-to-wall partition can need more glass than a larger one with a single fixed screen.
Does the rate include GST?
The written quote states the full amount payable for the agreed scope. Ask for it to be itemised if you need the tax shown separately.
Can I price metal, railings or windows here?
Not yet. Those are quoted after a site visit, because the material, section sizes and design change the cost too much for a single rate.
