Glass Office Partitions and Cabins in Sector 61, Noida

Sector 61's office space is small-format. Shopprix Mall, the five-storey building at the sector's centre, mixes showrooms and shops with office units, and rental listings show furnished office units in buildings such as Gardenia Grace. The Blue Line's Sector 61 station, opened in March 2019, puts staff a short walk from the mall area, and the larger IT campuses of Sector 62 begin just to the north. A typical Sector 61 office is a few hundred to a couple of thousand square feet, so the glass brief is a cabin or two, a meeting room and perhaps a reception screen.

How do you divide a small office with glass?

In a compact unit, glass keeps the daylight from the windows reaching the desks while giving a manager or a meeting a door to close. A common plan:

• One frameless glass cabin with a door for the owner or manager, from ₹400 per sq ft.
• A small meeting room built the same way, with frosting at seated eye level for privacy.
• A fixed frameless partition from ₹350 per sq ft to separate reception or a waiting area without a door.
• Where the brand look calls for a black frame, an aluminium profile cabin from ₹1,100 per sq ft.

The framed cabin costs more than frameless with us. The profile is added around the same 12mm glass for its appearance; it does not replace any glass, so it is extra material and extra setting-out on every panel.

Office glass rates for Sector 61

Doors on floor springs carry a 2 year functional warranty on the floor machine. As a size check, a cabin needing 120 sq ft of glass comes to roughly ₹48,000 at the frameless starting rate. The office glass partition cost guide covers what else enters the quote.

Fitting out inside a mall or office building

Buildings with several tenants generally have rules for fit-outs. Before the visit, check with the building or mall management:

1. Whether a fit-out approval or drawing is needed before work starts.
2. Which hours allow drilling and noisy work; in a mall these are often outside shopping hours.
3. The goods lift or service entry, and its size, since 12mm panels are heavy and tall.
4. Any rule on ceiling-grid fixing or sprinklers above the new cabin.

Toughened glass is made to the measured size in 7–10 days after the advance, so the fit-out schedule should leave room for it.

Privacy and sound in a small cabin

Single glass gives visual separation, not soundproofing. Speech carries less if the cabin runs to the ceiling with sealed joints, and frosting or film stops screens being read through the glass. The office glass partition sound and privacy guide and frosted film vs frosted glass explain the options. A partition that rattles when the door shuts usually needs its fixings and gaskets tightened; see glass partition rattling.

The ₹99 site visit is generally arranged within 24–48 hours; the free all-inclusive quote follows within about two hours and is valid for 3 days; 50% is paid upfront and 50% on completion.
