How the job runs in Delhi

Can you change the facade of a Connaught Place office?
Generally no. The inner-circle buildings are protected and their facades are controlled, so office fit-outs there stay inside the suite. Internal glass cabins, partitions and doors are possible, subject to the building's own approvals, which the owner or tenant arranges.
