Glass fronts and glazing for showrooms in Delhi
Delhi's showrooms cluster by trade: furniture in Kirti Nagar, fashion and jewellery in Karol Bagh and South Ex, cars on the arterial roads. FabWise fits toughened glass fronts from ₹500 per sq ft and quotes glazing, ACP and shutters after one visit.

A showroom in Delhi is usually one among dozens selling the same thing on the same street. Kirti Nagar is one of the country's best-known furniture markets, with multi-storey showrooms selling everything from sofas to modular kitchens. Karol Bagh and South Extension are home to fashion, wedding-wear and jewellery showrooms. Car dealerships run along roads such as Najafgarh Road near Moti Nagar and Mathura Road, and the MG Road stretch near Sultanpur and Ghitorni carries home décor and furniture showrooms. When the neighbours sell the same product, the front is how a showroom stands out.
The showrooms hub explains facade options in general; this page follows Delhi's showroom clusters one by one, because a Kirti Nagar furniture front and a Karol Bagh jewellery front are different jobs.
Kirti Nagar and the multi-floor furniture showroom
Furniture showrooms in Kirti Nagar often occupy a whole building on a narrow plot: three or four floors of display connected by an internal stair. The frontage gets a tall glass face so every floor is visible from the road, the brand band takes ACP cladding, and the stair inside gets a glass or SS staircase railing. Lanes are congested and parking is limited, so deliveries and lifting are planned for early hours.
Karol Bagh and South Ex: jewellery and fashion fronts
Here the front is about display and security together. A toughened glass shop front with door, from ₹500 per sq ft, carries the display; a rolling shutter outside closes it at night; and display cases inside often use laminated glass. In older buildings, openings are rarely square, so the glass is measured corner by corner.
Arterial-road dealerships
Car showrooms on Delhi's main roads have more room: a wide plot, double-height glazing, a canopy over the delivery bay and a service workshop behind. Structural glazing gives the continuous glass face, with ACP around it. These are architect-led jobs; we work from your elevation drawings and quote after the visit.
| Showroom cluster | Typical building | Main glass and metal items |
|---|---|---|
| Kirti Nagar furniture | Narrow multi-storey building | Tall glass face, ACP band, stair railing, glass partitions for design desks |
| Karol Bagh / South Ex jewellery and fashion | Older building, busy street | Glass front and door, rolling shutter, laminated display glass |
| Arterial-road car dealerships | Wide plot, double-height hall | Structural glazing, ACP, canopy, workshop shutters |
| MG Road (Sultanpur, Ghitorni) décor | Large standalone showrooms | Glass fronts, ACP, glass canopies, pergolas for outdoor display |
Approvals and building rules
Facade changes on a Delhi building are the owner's to approve, and in multi-owner buildings the association usually has a say. Large facade changes may also need civic approvals, which the owner arranges. We build to the approved design and flag anything at the visit that is likely to need sign-off.
How the job runs
Delhi is part of our core NCR service. The visit costs ₹99, adjusted against the final bill and usually arranged within 24–48 hours. A written all-inclusive quote follows, aimed within about 2 hours for standard scopes and valid for 3 days. The 50% advance starts fabrication; toughened glass takes 7–10 days; the balance 50% is due on completion. Structural glazing, ACP, shutters and railings are quoted after the visit.
See facades and shutters in Delhi and railings in Delhi for those families, or the main Delhi page. Existing showrooms with ACP colour fading or a shutter that is stuck can send photos on WhatsApp. For a new front, book the visit and bring the elevation.
Common questions
Do you do showroom glass work in Kirti Nagar?
Yes. Kirti Nagar's furniture showrooms are usually narrow, multi-storey buildings, so the work often covers a tall glass front, an ACP brand band and a stair railing. Lanes are busy, so we plan deliveries and installation for early hours.
How much does a glass showroom front cost in Delhi?
The ground-floor glass front with a door starts at ₹500 per sq ft, priced on the measured glass area, the same rate as in Gurgaon and Noida. Structural glazing, ACP, canopies and shutters are quoted after the site visit.
Showroom ki seedhi ke liye glass railing lag sakti hai?
Yes. Glass railings on SS fittings, or SS railings, are common on internal showroom stairs. They have no published rate and are quoted after we measure the stair. Doing it with the front saves a second visit, and the railing finish can be matched to the facade.
Can you work from my architect's elevation drawings?
Yes, and for facades and dealership fronts we prefer to. We still measure on site, because older Delhi buildings often differ from their drawings, and the quote is based on the measured sizes. Any difference that changes the design is raised with you and your architect before fabrication.
