Shutters, gates, mezzanines and cabins for factories and warehouses in Noida

Noida's industrial sectors are full of compact factories and e-commerce warehouses that need fast, practical fabrication: rolling shutters, sliding gates, MS mezzanines, sheds and glass cabins. FabWise measures and builds them; metal work is quoted after the visit, cabins from the rate card.

Industry in Noida is organised by phase. Phase 1, roughly Sectors 1 to 11, is the oldest, with small factory plots close to the DND and Delhi. Phase 2 holds the Noida Special Economic Zone and the hosiery and garment units around it. Phase 3, covering Sectors 57 to 65 and including Sector 63, mixes electronics, garments, printing and a fast-growing number of warehouses and e-commerce fulfilment units. The Sector 80 to 83 belt adds newer, larger industrial plots. Most units are mid-sized, and the owner usually runs the site directly.

For industrial fabrication in general, see the warehouses and factories hub. This page is about Noida's industrial phases and the practical, fast work their units need. The Noida page covers everything else we make in the city.

What Noida factories and warehouses most often need

  1. Rolling shutters: every unit has several. A rolling shutter on a busy dispatch bay gets heavy use; motorised versions are common for wide openings.
  2. Gates: an MS sliding gate at the plot entrance, often replacing a swing gate that blocks the road when it opens.
  3. Mezzanines: Phase 3 warehouses with high sheds add an MS mezzanine floor for racking or packing, with a stair and edge railing.
  4. Sheds: a steel shed over the loading apron or staff parking, in metal or polycarbonate sheet.
  5. Cabins: glass cabins for supervisors, QC and dispatch on the floor.

Sector 63 and the e-commerce warehouse

Sector 63 and the surrounding sectors are a common base for e-commerce sellers and their fulfilment partners. These operations change layout often and need space quickly. A mezzanine doubles packing area without a new lease; glass cabins let a dispatch supervisor watch the floor; and fast, reliable shutters keep the dispatch bays secure. Because these are working sites, speed of installation matters as much as price.

Glass cabins that suit a working floor

For the shop floor, an aluminium profile partition with door, from ₹1,100 per sq ft, is the robust choice: the frame protects the glass edges from trolleys and cartons. For the front office, a frameless glass partition with door, from ₹400 per sq ft, gives a clean look for buyers and visitors.

Access and timing

Industrial sectors in Noida generally have wide roads and good truck access, which helps with long steel members. Units rarely want to stop work, so we fabricate in the workshop and plan site installation for the weekly off. Mezzanine designs are fabricated to loads agreed with the owner; the building's suitability is for the owner's engineer to confirm.

How the job runs

Book a visit for ₹99, adjusted against the final bill and usually arranged within 24–48 hours. We measure and aim to send a written all-inclusive quote within about 2 hours, valid for 3 days. Work begins after a 50% advance; toughened glass for cabins takes 7–10 days; the remaining 50% is due on completion.

Common questions

Do you install rolling shutters for warehouses in Noida Sector 63?

Yes. Rolling shutters, manual or motorised, are part of our facades and shutters range in Noida. They are quoted after measuring each opening, and installation is planned around your dispatch schedule or weekly off, so the bay is out of use for as short a time as possible.

Can you build a mezzanine in a rented Noida warehouse?

Often, yes, with the landlord's permission. MS mezzanines can be designed as bolted structures that are less invasive than welded ones. The building's floor and structure should be confirmed as suitable by an engineer; we fabricate to the agreed design load.

Factory ke gate ko sliding gate mein badal sakte hain?

Yes. Replacing a swing gate with an MS sliding gate is common in Noida's industrial sectors, where a swing gate can block the road. We check the wall length for the gate to slide along and the ground for the track, then quote after the visit.

Do you need a gate pass to work in Noida's SEZ?

Usually yes. The zone has its own entry rules for contractors and materials. The unit arranges the pass; once it is in place, we visit, measure and plan installation to the zone's timings. Material movement in and out follows the same rules.
