Gaining space on a tight Delhi plot
With little room to expand outwards, Delhi units go up. An MS mezzanine floor inside a high godown adds storage or packing area; a spiral staircase reaches it where a straight stair will not fit. Where an extra floor is built on the roof, a steel frame with sheet roofing is common. These are fabricated to an agreed design load; whether the existing structure can take them, and whether additions need approval, is for the owner and their engineer to confirm.

Heat and ventilation
Delhi summers make packed godowns and workshops very hot. Aluminium louvers on high walls let hot air escape while keeping rain out, and polycarbonate sheets in the roof bring daylight in without opening the building. Ventilation design is quoted after the visit.

Glass in Delhi factories
Export houses in Okhla often keep a buyer-facing office inside the factory, with glass cabins for merchandisers and a showroom for samples. Aluminium profile partitions with a door, from ₹1,100 per sq ft, work well on the production floor; frameless glass partitions with a door, from ₹400 per sq ft, suit the buyer office.

Do you make mezzanine floors for godowns in Naraina and Mayapuri?
Yes. MS mezzanines with stairs and railings are common in West Delhi's tight industrial plots. They are quoted after the visit, against an agreed design load, and the owner's engineer should confirm the existing structure is suitable before fabrication.
Can you deliver steel to Okhla or Mundka given truck timings?
Yes. Heavy vehicle movement is restricted in many parts of Delhi during the day, so steel deliveries are planned for permitted hours. That affects the install date, which we set out in the quote. Long members may be delivered in sections and joined on site.
Godown mein garmi bahut hai, louvers se fark padega?
Usually yes. Aluminium louvers high on the walls let hot air escape while keeping rain out, and polycarbonate roof sheets add daylight. How much difference it makes depends on the building, so we look at it at the visit and quote a design.
How much does a rolling shutter cost for a Delhi factory?
Rolling shutters have no published rate. Price depends on width, height, gauge and whether it is manual or motorised. We measure each opening at the visit and send one all-inclusive quote, valid for 3 days. Several openings are best quoted together so they match.
