NIT Faridabad, the New Industrial Township, is where the modern city began. It was laid out from 1949 to resettle families displaced by Partition, many of them from the North West Frontier Province, who first lived in tents and Nissen huts before the planned blocks were built. Security metalwork comes first

With houses wall to wall and windows facing busy lanes, security is the most common reason people in NIT call a fabricator. A mild steel window grill is the default, and the design question is mostly about safety: at least one grill per floor should be openable from inside, so the family is not trapped in a fire. How much does a window grill cost in NIT Faridabad?

There is no fixed per sq ft rate for grills. The price depends on the window size, the bar section, the design and whether you choose primer and paint or powder coating.
