ACP Fascias, Louvers and Shutters for Market Shops in Noida Sectors 29–37
For a shop or restaurant in the Sector 29 markets, the facade job is usually an ACP fascia carrying the sign, a rolling shutter below it and, for kitchens, louvers that hide exhaust and AC units. All are quoted after a ₹99 survey, because panel grade, frame and working height set the price.

Market complexes such as the Ganga Shopping Complex in Sector 29 are rows of units sharing one long block face, a few minutes' walk from Botanical Garden metro. Many are now restaurants and takeaways, and every one wants its sign to stand out along a frontage where the neighbours want exactly the same. The area page covers glass fronts and shutter repairs; this one looks at what goes above and around the shutter.
What an ACP fascia is really made of
An ACP cladding fascia is a frame fixed to the wall, usually aluminium or painted MS, with aluminium composite panels routed, folded and fixed to it, and the joints sealed. The panel is only the visible part; the frame decides whether it stays flat in wind and rain. Near a kitchen exhaust or signage lighting, specify a fire-retardant core rather than a plain polyethylene one. Panels that lift at a corner after a storm usually have failed fixings behind them; see ACP panel loose.
Kitchens, exhaust and the front face
Restaurants need somewhere for exhaust ducts and AC outdoor units, and on a market block that usually means the front. Aluminium louvers screen them while letting air move, and aluminium does not rust in the grease-laden, damp air around an exhaust the way mild steel does. Blades must be spaced for the airflow the equipment needs; louvers set too tight starve an outdoor unit. Loose blades will buzz in wind, which is the louvres rattling problem.
| Style | Why it suits Sector 29–37 markets | Rate |
|---|---|---|
| ACP cladding | Sign fascia over a market unit; wipes clean of grease and dust | Quoted after visit |
| Aluminium louvers | Screens restaurant exhaust and AC units on the front | Quoted after visit |
| Rolling shutter | Night security below the fascia; motorised for late closers | Quoted after visit |
| Structural glazing | Office-style glass faces on Sector 32 buildings | Quoted after visit |
For a single unit, the ACP cladding shop front guide covers layouts and sign sizes, and structural glazing vs ACP helps where an upper floor is offices.
Working on a shared market block
- Ask the block owner or market association what fascia depth and sign height neighbouring units follow.
- Fascia work happens over a public walkway, so it is planned early, before footfall builds, or on your closed day.
- Vehicle access near Botanical Garden is tight; long panels may be carried in from a nearby lane.
- Keep the shutter box clear of the fascia frame, so the shutter can still be serviced.
From survey to installation
The ₹99 survey is usually arranged within 24–48 hours and is adjusted against the final bill. It records the frontage, the fixing surface, existing ducts and the shutter box. A free, all-inclusive written quote follows within about two hours, valid for 3 days; fabrication starts on a 50% advance and the balance is due on completion.
For every facade option see facades and shutters in Noida and the facades catalogue, and for kitchen-side detail restaurants and cafes in Noida. The Sectors 29–37 page covers glass fronts, and the homes of Sectors 25–27 are just to the north. Book a survey with a photo of the frontage.
Common questions
Market association se ACP board ke liye permission leni padegi?
Usually it is wise to. Many market blocks have an understanding on fascia depth, sign height and colour so the frontage stays orderly, and some owners require approval. Ask before the survey; the fascia is then designed to that line and quoted accordingly.
Can ACP be fitted over an old painted shop front?
Yes. The panels are fixed to a frame anchored into the wall, so cracked plaster and old paint stay hidden behind it. Loose plaster is knocked off first so the anchors bite into sound masonry. The survey checks the wall before the frame is designed.
Which ACP is safe near a restaurant kitchen?
Use panels with a fire-retardant core near kitchen exhausts, signage lights and wiring. They cost more than standard polyethylene-core panels but resist fire spread far better. Tell us at the survey where the kitchen and ducts are, so the right panel is specified.
How do I hide AC units on the front of my shop?
Aluminium louvers are the usual answer. They screen the units from the street while letting air flow, and they do not rust. Blade spacing has to suit the units' airflow, so the survey notes the equipment model and position before louvers are designed.
