Shower Cubicles, Mesh & Windows in Greater Faridabad (Neharpar)

Greater Faridabad, also called Neharpar (literally, across the canal), is the newest part of the city. It lies east of the Agra canal, with Sectors 75 to 89 planned as residential and Sectors 66 to 74 as industrial. Large developers including BPTP, Omaxe and Puri have built here, with BPTP holding the biggest land bank, so the area is mostly gated high-rise societies and low-rise builder floors handed over in the last decade or so. Neharpar is still being built around its finished towers, and construction dust gets into every gap. Builder-grade aluminium sliders are a common source of complaint: they whistle, rattle and leak at the bottom track (window gap, dust and noise, window leaking rain water). Sometimes new seals and cleared weep holes are enough; otherwise uPVC windows seal better. Society rules

Gated societies here usually require worker gate passes, restrict working hours and may require approval for anything visible from outside, such as balcony glazing, grills or a terrace shed.
