Windows, Gates and Glass for New Homes on the Yamuna Expressway, Greater Noida

Past Pari Chowk, the Yamuna Expressway runs south-east towards Jewar under the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA). Along it are Galgotias University in Sector 17A, the Buddh International Circuit in Jaypee Sports City, Sector 25, and Gautam Buddha University's large campus on the Expressway. Residential sectors such as 18, 20, 22D and 25 have been allotted as plots and group housing, and the Noida International Airport at Jewar, whose first phase was inaugurated in March 2026, has quickened building along the corridor. The work on the Yamuna Expressway is almost all new construction.

Open land changes what a house needs

A house on a half-built sector faces open fields on two or three sides. That brings three conditions most city homes do not see as strongly: dust blown across bare plots, strong wind in the pre-monsoon storms, and fewer neighbours, so security matters from day one.

Plotted house or township flat?

The two halves of the corridor need different things. Plot owners build from the ground up and need the full list: an MS main gate, grills, a staircase railing, windows and a terrace shed. Flat buyers in group housing get a finished shell, and their requests are smaller and inside the flat: shower glass, mosquito mesh, a balcony grill if the society allows it. Societies usually need the maintenance office's approval for anything on the facade, so check before you order.

Fresh bathrooms are the easiest place to fit glass: tiles are new and walls are true. A frameless shower partition with door starts at ₹500 per sq ft, and a slim profile shower partition with door at ₹1,100 per sq ft, in 10mm Saint-Gobain toughened glass with SS304 fittings. Distance and scheduling

The corridor is long, and sectors further towards Jewar are a fair drive from Pari Chowk. Send your sector and plot number on WhatsApp before booking; we confirm the visit, which follows the normal terms once agreed. Grouping all items into one visit saves both of us a second trip.

It also helps to have your architect's drawing or the builder's door and window schedule ready. On a new plot, openings are sometimes changed during construction, so we measure the actual brickwork rather than the drawing, and flag any opening that is out of square before frames are ordered. Payment follows the usual pattern: 50% to start, 50% on completion.
