Glass and Railing Work for New Flats in Sector 128, Noida

Sector 128 is the front door of Jaypee Wish Town, the township planned across Sectors 128 to 134 beside the Noida–Greater Noida Expressway. Inside 128 are its tower clusters, Kalypso Court among them with fifteen towers of about twenty-four floors, along with Knights Court, Imperial Court and Kristal Court, and the newer Max Estate 128. Jaypee Hospital stands on a campus of about 25 acres in the sector. The PIN code is 201304.

Wish Town's story is a long delay. After Jaypee Infratech's insolvency, Suraksha Group took over the project; by July 2026 it was reported to have completed 84 towers, with occupancy certificates for 42 of them, and Ganga water supply had reached Sectors 128 to 134. For many owners, that means getting the keys to a flat they bought years ago and fitting it out now.

What should a new Wish Town flat get first?

A flat that has stood finished but empty needs a short, sensible fit-out list before anyone moves in. The order matters, because some items are cheaper to do before furniture and curtains arrive:

Snags to look for in glass and metal at handover

A flat that waited years for possession may have fittings that waited too. Walk through it with these checks before you sign off, and photograph anything doubtful for the builder:

• Slide every window and balcony door. Grit in the tracks and dry rollers make them stiff; see sliding door off track if a panel jumps.
• Push the balcony railing at the top. Movement means the base fixing needs attention; see railing wobbling.
• Look at the railing feet and welds for rust that began while the tower stood unoccupied.
• Run the shower and check where water goes. A slope towards the door is the reason a partition matters.
• Check every pane for cracks and scratches from construction; report a cracked window pane to the builder before you take possession.

Shower glass for a fresh bathroom

Brand-new tiling is the best surface a shower partition can be fixed to: straight, sound and unchipped. A hinged frameless partition starts at ₹500 per sq ft, and in a tight bathroom the frameless sliding partition from ₹550 per sq ft keeps the door clear of the WC. Both use 10mm Saint-Gobain toughened glass and carry a 1 year functional warranty on hardware; FabWise's warranty is on fittings, not the glass. A partition of about 28 sq ft with a door comes to roughly ₹14,000. Glass is cut to the measured size after the site visit, and toughening generally takes 7–10 days.

If your flat is one of the larger homes

Max Estate 128 and the bigger Wish Town apartments raise a few extra questions: an internal staircase in a duplex needs a staircase railing, a wide balcony may suit a slide-and-fold door, and a master bathroom may take an L-shaped enclosure, from ₹500 per sq ft.

Working in a township that is still finishing

Some towers in Wish Town are occupied while others are still being completed, so security and the facility team are strict about who comes in. When you book, have your tower and flat number, the possession letter or owner's authorisation if you are not living there yet, and the permitted working hours. Long glass panels and railing sections come up in the service lift, so the visit records its size.
