Shower Enclosures, Doors and Railings in Noida Sector 93

Sector 93 and its subdivisions 93A and 93B sit where the Noida–Greater Noida Expressway begins, close to the Delhi border. The sector is known nationally for the Supertech twin towers inside Emerald Court, demolished in August 2022, but day to day it is a group of established, larger-format societies: ATS Village (also called ATS Greens Village), Parsvnath Prestige, Parsvnath Srishti, Eldeco Utopia, Eldeco Olympia, Emerald Court itself, and Omaxe Forest Spa in 93B. Many of the flats are three and four bedrooms, some well above 2,000 sq ft, and that size drives the kind of glass and metal work people ask for.

Big bathrooms deserve a proper enclosure

Larger flats usually have master bathrooms with room for a corner shower, which is where an enclosure beats a simple screen:

Frameless or framed is the next decision. Wide balconies and living-room openings

Big flats often have living rooms that open onto broad balconies. Two upgrades come up repeatedly. The first is replacing a heavy, dated sliding unit with a smooth aluminium sliding door or a slide-and-fold door that opens the full width. The second is the balcony edge: glass balcony railings keep the view, while SS balcony railings are simpler to maintain. Glass repairs at height

Flats on higher floors near the Expressway take more wind, and larger panes mean higher replacement stakes. Working in Sector 93 societies

The established societies here have active maintenance offices. Expect a work permit for anything beyond a repair, set drilling hours, and a service lift booking for long glass. Large enclosures and full-width doors are heavy, so the lift car size matters, and we will ask for it when you book.
