Sectors 19 and 20 are the residential neighbours of the Sector 18 shopping district, close to the Sector 18 metro station and the city centre. They are plotted sectors: houses and builder floors on the inner roads, and on the main roads a growing number of plots that work as clinics, diagnostic labs, bank branches and small offices. Before you change a main-road front

1. Check what the building's use permission allows. Commercial use of a residential plot is regulated by the Noida Authority, and the owner should confirm it before investing in a shop front.
2. Decide whether the shutter goes outside or inside the glass. Outside protects the glass; inside keeps the front looking clean during the day.
3. Agree signage space. A glass front leaves room for vinyl or a sign band above, and ACP cladding is the usual material for that band.
4. Plan the changeover day so the premises are never left open overnight.
