First Fit-Out Glass & Fabrication in New Gurgaon, Sectors 82–95

The sectors numbered 82 to 95 sit on the western edge of Gurugram, between NH-48 and the Manesar side of the city, and are often grouped as New Gurgaon. Sectors 82 to 85 hold the Vatika India Next township, including low-rise independent floors two storeys high, and Emaar's Palm Gardens is in Sector 83. DLF New Town Heights is in Sector 86, Godrej projects are in Sector 88A, and Sectors 90 to 95 are dominated by mid-segment and affordable housing. Much of it is new or still being built. A new flat's first-month list

Developers hand over bathrooms with tiles and fittings but rarely with shower glass, and windows usually without mesh. The order in which owners tackle these matters, because some need others done first.

1. Mesh first. Open land around the societies means insects; mosquito mesh on balcony doors and windows is usually the first request.

3. Shower glass after the tiles settle. Measure once any tile work, grouting or slope correction is done.
4. Balcony and roof items last. Railings and sheds on floors and penthouses, after the society's rules are clear.

Shower glass sized for new layouts

Bathrooms in mid-segment and affordable towers are compact, so the choice is usually between a sliding door and a fixed panel. A frameless sliding shower partition starts at ₹550 per sq ft; a fixed frameless shower partition starts at ₹370 per sq ft. On larger floors, a hinged door from ₹500 per sq ft works well.

Wind, dust and open views

With fields and construction sites still around many towers, wind carries dust hard against west-facing windows, and upper floors catch it most. Good sealing matters more here than in a built-up sector. On low-rise floors and penthouses, the roof is often owned by the top unit, and a polycarbonate terrace shed needs proper anchoring against that wind as well as rain. Societies usually control anything visible from outside, so check before planning balcony glazing or a roof structure.
