Pace City I and Pace City II are established industrial and commercial estates in Sectors 10A and 37 of Gurugram, close to NH-48 and Hero Honda Chowk, with Basai Dhankot railway station nearby. The stock is mixed: built-up industrial plots used as factories, export units and warehouses, alongside offices, showrooms and back-office floors, many in buildings that front directly onto the highway. Extra floor area. An MS mezzanine floor in a high-ceilinged unit, designed for the load it will carry.

ACP has no fixed published rate. The panel grade and core, the area, the frame behind it, the height and the access equipment all change the price. It is quoted in writing after the ₹99 site visit, all-inclusive for the agreed scope and valid for 3 days.

Should we use structural glazing or ACP on a highway-facing office?

Structural glazing brings daylight and a corporate look to office floors; ACP is better for solid bands, signage and covering old plaster. Many buildings use both. Heat on west faces and maintenance access are worth weighing. We survey the elevation at the visit and suggest a mix.

Can you build a mezzanine and office cabins in the same unit?

Yes. One site visit can cover both. The glass cabins have published rates; the mezzanine is quoted after the visit, once the load and column positions are known. Planning them together helps the cabin layout fit around the mezzanine's columns and staircase, and avoids rework later.
