Stairs that last
A mezzanine climbed by staff all day needs a stair with a proper rise and going, handrails on both sides and a firm base. Gates and the landlord

Welds and finishes

Common questions
Can a mezzanine be moved when our Pace City lease ends?
Yes, if it is built bolted. The columns, beams and deck come apart and are re-erected in the new unit with new anchors, plus some new members if the size changes. Tell us at the visit that it may move, and the design will allow for it.
Will a mezzanine damage the landlord's floor?
Only by the anchor holes under each column base. These are few and can be filled when the mezzanine is removed. Agree with the landlord beforehand how they will be made good, and check the slab is strong enough under each column.
How much does a warehouse mezzanine cost in Pace City?
