The SCO clinic: stairs, ramps and handrails
Many new Gurgaon clinics occupy one or two floors of an SCO building, reached by a stair and sometimes a small lift. That brings fabrication beyond glass: an SS handrail along the stair for elderly patients, a staircase railing on an internal stair between two clinic floors, and sometimes a glass canopy over the entrance so patients are not dropped off in the rain. These are quoted after the visit.
Working around patients
Clinics that are already running cannot shut for long. Because toughened glass is measured and made to size in advance, the on-site part is short and can often be scheduled for a Sunday or after evening OPD. Drilling and dust are contained to the work area.

The 50% advance starts fabrication, toughened glass takes 7–10 days, and the remaining 50% is due on completion.
