The handover list: what new AOAs in Noida tend to fix first
- Entry gates: builder-installed gates that sag, drag or have rusting tracks; often replaced with a heavier MS sliding gate.
- Visitor parking: open surface parking that needs a car parking shed.
- Walkways and drop-offs: covered paths from the gate to tower lobbies, in polycarbonate on steel, and a glass canopy at each tower entrance.
- Railings: incomplete or loose railings on terraces, podium edges and stairs; staircase railing and SS railing work.
- Lobby doors: glass doors and floor springs that have not been serviced since possession.
Older Noida: plotted sectors with RWAs
In the older sectors, such as Sectors 44 to 50, housing is mostly plotted with an RWA managing gates and boundary walls. The work here is smaller and more frequent: a new colony gate, a guard-room shed, a railing along a park. RWAs in these sectors often want the gate design to match what neighbouring sectors have.

Working inside large Noida societies
The scale is the main difference. A Noida Extension township can have dozens of towers and several gates, so a parking shed or walkway cover is often a long run in phases. The facility manager or committee books the visit for ₹99, adjusted against the final bill and usually arranged within 24–48 hours. We measure, discuss options, and aim to send a written all-inclusive quote within about 2 hours, valid for 3 days. Work begins after a 50% advance, and the balance is due on completion. Gates, sheds and railings are quoted after the visit.
