Most fitting repairs are done in a single visit. Toughened glass is the exception: it cannot be cut, drilled or re-edged after tempering, so a broken panel is replaced with a new one made to size, holes and all. That takes generally 7–10 days. How it is paid for

There is no paid visit for a repair enquiry. Once you approve the quote, the usual terms apply: 50% in advance and 50% on completion.
