Made-to-measure glass in Gurgaon & Noida

Toughened glass cut and installed to your dimensions: table tops, shelving, mirrors, splashbacks, railings and screens. Supply the measurements and the application and we manufacture and fit to them. Priced from your sizes and photographs on WhatsApp. No site survey is required, since the measurements are yours.

Custom glass installation covers flat glass made to a size and shape you give us: table and counter tops, shelves, mirrors, kitchen splashbacks, basin screens, cabinet panels and similar pieces. You supply the measurements and the use; FabWise recommends the glass, makes it and fits it, across Gurugram and Noida. Because the sizes are yours, there is no paid site visit: the piece is quoted from your measurements and photos on WhatsApp.

What counts as a custom glass job

If it is flat glass, it has to fit a particular space, and it is not one of our standard partitions, it usually belongs here. Common pieces:

Table and counter tops, on a dining base, a study desk or a reception counter.

Shelves in alcoves, display units and shop fixtures.

Mirrors, from a bathroom mirror to a full-height dressing mirror.

Kitchen splashbacks in back-painted glass behind a hob or along a counter.

Basin and wet-area screens, small fixed panels that stop splash beside a wash basin.

Cabinet and wardrobe panels, in clear, frosted or tinted glass.

Some jobs that sound custom are better served by a standard product. A glass panel for a walk-in shower is a fixed frameless shower screen, with its own fittings and rate. A broken window pane is plain glass replacement. And a glass balcony or terrace railing is a structural job with its own page: glass balcony railing, with costs in the glass railing price guide. The full repair and custom range is in the glass repairs catalogue.

Choosing the right glass for the piece

The right glass depends on what the piece has to do, and the team recommends it from your description.

Table tops usually need toughened glass thick enough not to flex across the base, with polished or bevelled edges that are pleasant to touch.

Shelves need toughened glass sized to their span and the load they carry; a bookshelf and a perfume display are very different.

Bathroom mirrors are best in copper-free mirror, which resists the black edge spotting ordinary mirror develops in damp air.

Splashbacks behind a hob must be toughened to take the heat. Back-painted glass is coloured before toughening, so the colour is fixed at order stage.

Edges can be flat polished, bevelled or rounded at the corners, and any piece people will brush against should have no raw edge.

One rule runs through all of it: holes, notches and socket cut-outs must be decided before toughening, because toughened glass cannot be drilled or cut afterwards. A splashback has to know where every switch plate goes before it is made.

Measuring it yourself, and how the quote works

Because the measurements come from you, accurate measuring is the most important step. A few rules that prevent most problems:

Measure in three places. For an alcove shelf or splashback, measure the width at the top, middle and bottom (or front, middle and back) and give the smallest figure. Walls are rarely parallel.

Check the corners. If a recess is visibly out of square, a paper or cardboard template of the space is more reliable than numbers.

Mark every cut-out. For splashbacks and basin panels, measure each socket, switch and tap position from two fixed edges.

Note the thickness you want, or describe the use and let the team suggest it.

Then send on WhatsApp: the sizes, photos of the space or the furniture the glass is for, and how the piece will be used. The team confirms the glass, edge finish and fixing, and prepares a quotation. Toughened pieces are made to order, and toughened glass production generally takes 7–10 days; the fitting is then arranged with you.

Fixing and fitting it properly

A made-to-measure piece is only as good as the way it is fixed. The fixing is chosen for the piece and the surface behind it.

Table tops usually sit on clear bumpers or pads so the glass never touches metal or stone directly. Shelves go on brackets or concealed studs rated for the load, fixed into solid wall rather than plaster alone. Mirrors are commonly fixed with studs, clips or a mirror-safe adhesive, depending on the wall and the mirror's weight; the wrong adhesive can damage the mirror backing. Splashbacks are typically bonded to a flat, sound wall with a suitable adhesive and sealed at the counter line.

In wet areas, edges are sealed with neutral-cure silicone so water does not creep behind the glass.

If the wall behind a planned shelf or mirror turns out to be hollow, damp or crumbling, the team flags it before fitting rather than fixing into it regardless. Common questions

How much does a custom glass table top cost in Gurgaon?

It depends on the size, shape, thickness and edge finish, and whether it needs to be toughened. A small rectangular top with polished edges is the simplest case; a large shaped or bevelled top costs more. Send the size, a photo of the base and how it will be used on WhatsApp for a quotation.

Do I need a site visit for custom glass work?

No paid site visit is needed. Custom glass is made to measurements you supply, so the quote is prepared from your sizes and photos on WhatsApp. For awkward spaces, a cardboard template is often more accurate than numbers, and the team will say if one is needed.

Can holes be drilled in toughened glass after it is made?

No. Toughened glass cannot be drilled, cut or notched after toughening; it shatters if you try. Every hole, notch and socket cut-out has to be marked before the glass goes into production, which is why splashbacks and basin panels need careful measurements of each fitting.

Which glass is best for a bathroom mirror?

Copper-free mirror is the usual recommendation for bathrooms, because it resists the black spotting at the edges that ordinary mirror develops in damp air. Edges in wet areas should also be sealed so water does not reach the backing, and the mirror fixed with studs or an adhesive that is safe for mirror backing.

Kitchen ke liye glass splashback ban sakta hai?

Yes. Behind a hob it must be toughened glass to take the heat, and it is usually back-painted in a colour chosen at order stage. Every socket and switch position must be measured before production, because toughened glass cannot be cut afterwards. Send the measurements and photos on WhatsApp for a quotation.
