Sector 47 lies in central Noida with Dadri Main Road along one side, bordered by Sectors 41, 46, 48 and 50. It is a plotted residential sector: independent houses on plots that are typically a couple of hundred square metres or more, a growing number of them rebuilt as builder floors, and one group housing complex, Jalvayu Towers. The defining change in Sector 47 is redevelopment. Front balconies on a new builder floor face the street, so the railing is part of the elevation as much as a safety barrier. Three choices dominate. Plotted houses keep their cars in the front setback, and builder floors often share that space between owners.
