Retrofit or new build: how the project runs
- Send photos of the current railings or the architect's drawings, with approximate running lengths, on WhatsApp.
- We agree scope with the builder or society committee: material, design, removal of old railings and the order of blocks.
- The visit is scheduled and its terms agreed before travel; slab edges and stair nosings are checked for safe fixing.

- The installation team works block by block. In retrofits, each old railing is replaced on the same stage so no balcony is left open.

Which railing is safest for children on high floors?
