Two sides of one sector

Sector 75 faces Sector 50 across the road, with the Aqua Line's Sector 50 station at its edge. Most of it is group housing: Gardenia Golf City, which grew out of the 150-acre Golf City township plan of the Aims group, Gardenia Gateway, JM Aroma, Maxblis White House, AIMS Golf Avenue and Indosam 75. Toward the metro sits Spectrum Metro, Blue Square Infrastructure's retail and office development, built on land the Aims Max Gardenia group bought from the Noida Authority and anchored by a ten-screen INOX. What do Sector 75 flat owners ask for?

Balcony safety comes first. Families who moved in with small children, or who keep a pet outdoors, want the gaps between the builder's railing bars closed, the top rail raised, or a rusting MS railing replaced outright. The realistic choices:

Managed retail centres have fit-out rules of their own: a work permit from centre management, hours when noisy work is allowed (often before opening or after closing) and an approved look for the frontage. 3. Expect welding and drilling to be limited to daytime hours.
4. Long railing runs arrive in sections and go up by service lift or stairs, so mention a small lift when booking.
