Glass, Aluminium and Metal Work in Sector 15, Noida
FabWise makes grills, safety doors and gates, replaces windows, repairs glass and fits shower partitions across Sector 15, from the plotted blocks to the tall, narrow buildings of Naya Bans. Bathroom glass starts at ₹370 per sq ft; metal and window work is quoted in writing after a ₹99 site visit.

Sector 15 is one of the older sectors at Noida's Delhi end, postal code 201301. Its own Blue Line station, Noida Sector 15, opened in November 2009 on Captain Vijayant Thapar Marg, and the next stop west, New Ashok Nagar, sits on the Uttar Pradesh and Delhi border. Most of the sector is low-rise: independent houses on residential plots and builder floors rebuilt from them, with only a few group housing societies. Inside it lies Naya Bans, an urban village whose lanes are lined with closely packed multi-storey buildings, shops and rented rooms. Sector 15A's bungalows lie on one side, the offices of Sector 16 on another.
Two kinds of street, two kinds of job
The plotted blocks and Naya Bans look a few hundred metres apart on a map, yet the work they generate is quite different, so it helps to know which one you are in before you call.
The plotted blocks
Houses here were built decades ago and many have since been taken down and rebuilt as three or four floors. Each rebuild brings a fresh round of fabrication: a mild steel main gate across the stilt parking, an MS safety door for every flat, a staircase railing up the shared stairwell. The houses that have not been rebuilt need the opposite: repairs to old grills, rusted gates and windows that no longer shut.
Naya Bans
In the village the buildings rise straight off narrow lanes, often with a shop at ground level and rooms or flats above. The common requests are ground-floor rolling shutters, window grills on every floor that faces the lane, and replacement panes for windows that face a neighbour's wall a metre away. Material for these buildings has to come in by hand, which is worth mentioning when you book.
| Building | What usually needs doing | How it is priced |
|---|---|---|
| Rebuilt builder floor | Gate, safety doors, stair railing, shower glass | Shower glass per sq ft; metal after visit |
| Original plotted house | Grill repair, window replacement, mesh | Quoted after visit |
| Naya Bans shop-house | Rolling shutter, lane-side grills, glass panes | Shutter after visit; glass repair from a photo |
| Group housing flat | Shower partition, sliding windows | Shower glass per sq ft; windows after visit |
Windows that face a busy road or a close wall
Plots along the main roads and the metro corridor get traffic noise and dust, while lane-side rooms get very little light. Both are window problems. A uPVC window with proper gaskets cuts dust and some noise; an aluminium sliding window keeps the frame slim where light is scarce. Ask for mosquito mesh at the same visit, since fitting it later can mean drilling a new frame. The uPVC vs aluminium guide sets out the trade-offs.
Who pays for the stair railing?
In a rebuilt house the staircase usually serves every floor, so its railing is common property and the owners share the decision. Old MS railings in these stairwells tend to work loose at the base plates before anything else; railing wobbling shows how to tell a loose fixing from a cracked weld. Replacing the full run in one go keeps the design consistent from ground to roof and means one measurement, one quote and one installation day rather than three. Stainless steel needs less upkeep than painted mild steel in a stairwell that gets rain through an open terrace door; the MS vs SS railing guide compares the two.
Shower glass on a rebuilt floor
Bathrooms in newly built floors are usually tiled with a shower zone in mind. A frameless shower partition with door starts at ₹500 per sq ft; if the room is narrow, a fixed frameless shower partition at ₹370 per sq ft avoids a door swinging into the basin. Both use 10mm Saint-Gobain toughened glass with SS304 fittings.
When it is a repair, not a new job
A cracked window pane, a shower door that has dropped or a shop's glass door that will not close does not need a paid visit. Send a photo or short video on WhatsApp and the repair is quoted from it. Pages that help you describe the fault: cracked window glass, shower door sagging and grill loose from the wall. More detail is on glass repairs in Sector 15.

Common questions
Do you take small grill jobs in Naya Bans, Sector 15?
Yes. Window grills are made to the measured opening, so even one or two windows are measured at the site visit and quoted in writing. Mention the lane width when you book, because material for village buildings is often carried in by hand.
How much is a shower partition in a Sector 15 builder floor?
A fixed frameless screen starts at ₹370 per sq ft and a frameless partition with a hinged door at ₹500 per sq ft. The final figure depends on the measured glass area, and the written quote after the visit is all-inclusive.
Mere ghar ki khidki ka glass toot gaya hai, visit book karna padega?
No. A repair does not need the paid site visit. Send a photo of the broken pane on WhatsApp with its rough size, and the team will guide you on the next step and the price.
Is Sector 15 covered on the same day as Sector 15A?
Both are within our Noida area, and the site visit is generally arranged within 24–48 hours of booking. If you have work in both, say so at booking and the visits can be planned together.
