Tower rules versus plot freedom

Inside Central Park II and Vipul Greens, the facade belongs to everyone. Large societies generally ask owners to match frame colour and pattern when they change a window, and expect a gate pass, a lift booking and work within set hours. Anything fixed outside the glass line, such as an external grill or a balcony enclosure, usually needs the estate office's written approval first. Bring those rules to the site visit and the windows are specified to fit them.

On the Vipul World side, owners decide for themselves, and the jobs are bigger. A floor rebuilt or bought new usually wants an MS main gate or an MS sliding gate across the parking, an MS safety door for each level, and a staircase railing up the shared stairs. Bathrooms in Central Park II are mostly regular rectangles, which suits a frameless shower partition with door from ₹500 per sq ft. Dust, rain and the monsoon check

Sector 48 sits close to a busy arterial road and to construction further south, so fine dust works into every track.
