Glass & Metal Fabrication on Sohna Road, Gurgaon

Sohna Road starts at Rajiv Chowk and runs south past Subhash Chowk through Sectors 47, 48 and 49 of Gurgaon, then on towards Sohna. Its first stretch is one of Gurugram's older commercial strips: office blocks such as Vatika Business Park in Sector 49, malls and retail like Omaxe City Centre, and rows of showrooms. Behind the road sit long-established societies such as Malibu Towne and Uniworld Gardens in Sector 47, plus plotted pockets and builder floors. That mix produces a wide spread of work in a small area.

Owner-run offices want value and flexibility

Unlike the managed towers of Cyber City, many offices along Sohna Road are in buildings where the owner is the landlord down the corridor, or the business owns its own floor. Firms here are often smaller: chartered accountants, consultancies, coaching centres, clinics, property offices. They want a professional look without paying for more than they need, and they often expect to rearrange as they grow.

Older privately built blocks often have floors and ceilings that are slightly out of level.
