Gates, Railings, Doors & Pergolas in Punjabi Bagh, Delhi

Punjabi Bagh, in West Delhi, is split by the Ring Road into East and West Punjabi Bagh. It is known for large plots and kothis on the bungalow pattern, with the Punjabi Bagh Club on Club Road at the heart of the western half. The Green Line runs along Rohtak Road with a station at Punjabi Bagh, and the Pink Line has Punjabi Bagh West, where the two lines meet.

A glass balcony railing in toughened or laminated glass on a U-channel or spigots gives the open look many new buildings here use. Stainless steel in SS304 is the low-maintenance alternative; read SS railing grades 304, 202 and 316 before comparing quotes, because SS202 tends to spot in Delhi's monsoon. Lawn and terrace

Who decides on a rebuilt floor

When a kothi becomes four floors with four owners, the gate, the stilt and the roof stop belonging to one family. Agree in writing who pays for the main gate and who owns the terrace before ordering a pergola or shed. Railings on each balcony are usually each owner's own choice, but a building with matching railings across every floor looks far better from the road.
