Window Grills and Safety Doors in Sector 12, Noida

An MS safety door hangs in front of the flat's main door, so the frame must clear the inner door's swing and leave the landing usable for the flats opposite. In older rebuilt staircases the landing is often tight, and an outward-opening safety door can block the stair for neighbours; an inward-opening one, or a sliding grille door where space allows, avoids that. A door that rattles when shut usually has worn hinges or a lock keep that no longer lines up, and that can be fixed without replacing the door.

Stopping rust before it starts
